Since graduating with an honours degree in journalism I’ve worked in media for 20 years. For 15 of those years I’ve specialised in creating food content, compiling food pages for the likes of Elle Decoration and Marie Claire, and working as food editor for Fairlady, Women’s Health and Getaway magazines. In 2014 I co-authored Cook. Better. with my husband, Brandon de Kock. Cook. Better. won first runner up in the Sunday Times Food Weekly Cookbook Awards 2014. The German edition was released in Germany in 2017.
